Processing Time

All orders are handmade and require 3–5 business days to process before shipping. During busy seasons or sales, processing may take a little longer — we'll always keep you informed.

Shipping Rates & Timeframes

Domestic (US) Shipping:

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after processing
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
